Master Sagittarius' version of statement is better for understanding, so I translate based upon his, hopefully, you don't mind!
外籍新娘不管觀念、語言、飲食、都與台灣不同,所以我們應該要尊重她們的文化,而和她們聯姻的家庭更應該尊重與融入她們的文化.
As for foreign spouses (denizened spouses), their concept (thought), language, and cuisineare all quite different from Taiwanese. We shall respect, value and familiarize their culture. Furthermore, for those families that have such a marriage, they shall do even more so.
"foreign bride" is very Chinese way of translation. In US, for foreigners who reside in US, they use "alien" (for example: illegal alien, alien card (green card)). If you become a citizen, they use "naturalize". Therefore, I suggest to use "denizened". On the other hand, I didn't use "bride". The reason is: 'bride" is only for the moment you are married or before (such as bride-to-be). After that, you are spouse. Your statement shall be for after the marriage.
To avoid repeating "respect, familiarize, culture ..." in the same paragraph, I have somehow altered the Chinese statement a little.
your own translation does catch all the points, but the sentence structure is a bit wordy.
